Hi, I'm Ken


Kenneth Bossard is a real estate expert with thirty years’ experience in mortgage finance. He has blogged over 400 inspirational poems and is an experienced actor, having headlined in several D.C. area plays and industrial films and in the  Netflix series’ House of Cards and VEEP.

Ken received an M.B.A. in Real Estate Development from The George Washington University and an M.A. in Journalism from American University. Ken’ goal is to use real estate investment proceeds to finance film and television endeavors.


Ken Bossard holds an M.A. in Interactive Journalism from American University. He has written a screenplay and two television pilots based on his fictional novel, "Cheryl's Song".


Ken Bossard has spoken at dozens of home buyer education and bank outreach seminars as a subject matter expert and a Affordable Housing Program Certification Teacher. Ken has also spoken at men's shelters on the topics of fatherhood and domestic violence.


Ken Bossard received an MBA in Real Estate Development from the George Washington University. He has served as a nonprofit Housing Counselor, A Mortgage Loan Officer for Wells Fargo and later, Bank of America, and as Real Estate Investor with Bossard Homes, a family real estate investment and syndication corporation.
